Enterprise & Dedicated Hosting
Dedicated compute, custom SLAs, and a named engineer, hosting that grows with your business, not against it.
In shortFor organizations that cannot share tenants or accept a generic SLA, Triton provides dedicated cloud instances and bare-metal servers with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and NVMe that no other customer touches, wrapped in the full Cloudflare enterprise security suite, a written custom SLA, a named technical account manager, and 24/7 managed operations. Compliance-aligned by architecture.
Who is enterprise and dedicated hosting for?
Organizations that have outgrown shared infrastructure, or were never able to use it: high-traffic platforms, regulated businesses, and companies whose website is core revenue rather than a brochure. When downtime has a dollar figure and a compliance auditor has an opinion, “a slot on a shared box” is not an option.
Dedicated cloud and bare-metal hosting give you guaranteed, isolated compute plus a written SLA that reflects your real requirements, backed by a managed operations team that treats your infrastructure as its responsibility, not a ticket.
What compute can I get?
| Tier | Type | Range |
|---|---|---|
| Dedicated cloud | Isolated virtual | 2-16 vCPU, matched RAM, NVMe |
| Bare metal, entry | Single Xeon | 6C/12T, 32 GB RAM, NVMe |
| Bare metal, standard | Dual Xeon Gold | 24C/48T, 128 GB RAM, RAID NVMe, 10 Gbps |
| Bare metal, custom | Purpose-built | Very large RAM, high-bandwidth network, GPU on request |
Every configuration is sized to the workload during discovery, not sold from a fixed menu.
What security and isolation is built in?
The full Cloudflare enterprise suite: WAF with enterprise rulesets, unmetered DDoS mitigation, bot management, rate limiting, Page Shield for client-side/supply-chain script monitoring, and Cloudflare Access for zero-trust control of admin surfaces. On the host: file integrity monitoring, encrypted backups, DNS and SSL integrity checks, and 24/7 monitoring with human escalation. Because instances are isolated, one tenant’s problem never becomes yours.
What do enterprise clients get that others do not?
A named technical account manager who understands your environment, a custom SLA in writing, documented escalation paths with response commitments, and 24/7 human escalation coverage. Enterprise clients also get direct access to the wider Triton portfolio, security monitoring, compliance-ready hosting, design and development, and SEO, from one accountable team rather than a stack of vendors.
// common questions
Enterprise & Dedicated Hosting: common questions
What does dedicated actually guarantee?
Resource isolation. Dedicated cloud and bare-metal instances give you CPU, RAM, and NVMe storage that no other tenant shares, no noisy neighbors, no contention, no exposure to another customer's compromise. For regulated or high-value workloads, that isolation is often the difference between passing and failing an audit.
Can I get a custom SLA instead of a generic one?
Yes. We write the SLA around your actual requirements, response-time commitments, uptime targets, escalation paths, and any remediation credits, and put it in your agreement. You are not forced into a one-size template written for the cheapest customer.
What compute options are available?
Dedicated cloud instances scale from 2 to 16 vCPU with matched RAM and NVMe. Bare-metal ranges from a single Xeon entry server to dual Xeon Gold builds, up to custom configurations with very large memory, high-bandwidth networking, and GPU where the workload calls for it. We size it to the workload, not a catalog SKU.
Is enterprise hosting suitable for regulated data?
It is architected for it: guaranteed isolation, the enterprise Cloudflare suite including Page Shield and Cloudflare Access zero-trust, file integrity monitoring, encrypted backups, and configurations aligned to PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2 controls. Compliance is a shared responsibility, so we document what the platform provides and what stays with you, see compliance-ready hosting.
How do you migrate an enterprise workload?
A four-step process, assessment, provisioning, data migration and verification, then DNS cutover, run by a team that does zero-downtime migrations as routine work. The plan, verification steps, and cutover window are agreed in writing before we touch production.
